The City Council, on July 5, 2011 enacted an ordinance recodifying the City Code.  The ordinance took effect on July 21, 2011.  Likewise, on July 2, 2013 City Council adopted a new Zoning Ordinance.  The zoning ordinance took effect on July 11, 2013.  Below are chapters one through ten of the Hanover City Code.  The City posts the ordinances on the website for your convenience, and staff attempts to ensure ordinances are up to date.  However, the website is not the official place to visit to obtain a current copy of City Ordinances.
