Community Room and Park Shelter RentalThe City of Hanover has two rental facilities available to the public: The Community Room inside of City Hall and the Settler's Park Shelter and Pavilion located in Settler's Park behind City Hall. The Community Room is available year-round and is rented for an entire day. There is a kitchen with commercial grade appliances and work areas. The Settler's Park Shelter and Pavilion has 16 picnic tables and access to a small kitchen with home appliances. Renters have access to the public playground and restrooms. Shelter rental is available from Memorial Day - September 30th and full payment is required prior to reservation. **Note: Shelter Rentals after Labor Day may not have access to water or bathrooms, dependent on weather conditions. Rental fees are located below and subject to change, annually. Fillable rental agreements are also below and must be submitted to City Hall. We are unable to "hold" or reserve dates without a signed rental agreement and reservation fee. Reservation availability can be found on the Rental Availability Calendar, however it is advised to contact City Hall to confirm any available date.
