The City of Hanover issues licenses for Peddlers and Transient Merchants.  Applications must be submitted in person at City Hall.  Upon receiving a completed application, a background check will be completed on the applicant per City Code.  License application fees for Peddler and Solicitor Licenses are $50 per application.  License application fees for Transient Merchant Licenses are $75 per application.
