The City's Consultant Planner is Cindy Nash, Collaborative Planning.  Mrs. Nash advises the City on all planning issues, including zoning code interpretation, applications for subdivisions, variances, conditional use permits, interim use permits, and ordinance amendments.  She also works with City staff on enforcement of the City's zoning code.

Code Enforcement and Zoning Permits

The City's Planning Coordinator Sarah Mielke helps to answer questions relating to public nuisance items like lawn maintenance and outdoor storage requirements, as well zoning items like fence and shed regulations among other topics.  If you have a concern about maintenance items at your neighbor's property, you may complete the "Official Complaint Form" linked below and return to City Hall.  The City does code enforcement on a complaint basis, so receipt of this form starts the review and inspection process.  Information on the complainant is non-public.
