Hanover City Website Redesign RFP (Request for Proposal)
The City of Hanover, Minnesota (population about 4,200 and growing in Wright and Hennepin counties) is seeking proposals from qualified web development firms with expertise in building municipal websites using platforms that specialize in government and public sector websites. The goal is to create a modern, user-friendly, and responsive website that provides a streamlined, effective platform for residents, businesses, visitors, and government entities to access city services and information.
We are specifically interested in platforms that have built-in features to meet the unique needs of city governments, such as public records management, event calendars, public notices, and compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards. The website should also be easy for city staff, who do not have a web development background, to maintain and update.
If your business or someone you know is interested in submitting a proposal, please see the Request for Proposal document below for submissions!
