Upon completion of the packet and prior to the meeting, the full agenda packet will be posted in relationship to the board or committee meeting.  Upon final approval of the prior meeting's minutes, the final draft of meeting minutes will be posted.  If you wish to read the draft version of any prior meeting minutes, please reference the agenda packets.  Please also note that agendas at regularly scheduled meetings may be changed without prior notice.
