 Final plat for the first phase of Oakview Ridge was approved on
3-18-2025.

Access to the site is proposed from a location on Beebe Lake Road. Future additional access points would be through adjacent properties when they are developed.

A total of 153 lots are proposed, of which 98 are located within the City of Hanover. A small park is also shown within the Hanover side of the development.

The first phase will include 48 new single family homes.
