The City has received an application from JPB Land, LLC for a Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development of the property on the north side of Beebe Lake Road. An application has also been submitted to the City of St. Michael as a portion of the property is located there.

Access to the site is proposed from a location on Beebe Lake Road. Future additional access points would be through adjacent properties when they are developed.

A total of 153 lots are proposed, of which 98 are located within the City of Hanover. A small park is also shown within the Hanover side of the development.

The applications are currently scheduled to be reviewed at the following meetings:

Planning Commission:  Monday, September 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.

City Council:                  TBD
