The Highlands at Crow River and The Vistas at Crow River

The City has received an application from Manley Development for a Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development of the property on the south side of Beebe Lake Road.
Access to the site is proposed from four entrances from roads stubbed from the west, and one access to Beebe Lake Road.
A mixture of single-family home types is proposed to be constructed, totaling 65 new homes.
The property is in the shoreland overlay area.
The submitted plans are available on the project page for review. This project is similar in terms of lot layout and road location to the previous proposal submitted by a different developer in 2022, but the plans contain enough proposed differences from the previous approval particularly with regard to the outlots that it was determined the preliminary plat and PUD applications should be resubmitted.
