The City approved final plat for the new residential subdivision on the south side of Beebe Lake Road at their meeting on August 5th.   

Access to the site is proposed from four entrances from roads stubbed from the west, and one access to Beebe Lake Road. 

A mixture of single-family home types is planned to be constructed, totaling 65 new homes. 

The property is in the shoreland overlay area.

The submitted plans are available on the project page for review.  This project is similar in terms of lot layout and road location to the previous proposal submitted by a different developer in 2022.
