The City has received an application from Brian Lee for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning review of the property located on the south side of 5th Street NE, PID 108-500-363207 and 108-020-001031.

The Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning are proposed to change the future land guidance and zoning from multiple family residential to industrial.  Contractor garages are proposed to be constructed.
