The City has received an application from Brian Lee for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning review of the property located on the south side of 5th Street NE, PID 108-500-363207 and 108-020-001031.

The Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning were approved to rezone the parcel from multiple family residential to industrial (I-2).  No site plan application for the interim use permit has been received yet.
